Dated, but it connects

No published pricing and it comes through a partner. The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

On premise deployment satisfied our data policy.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Sales finally see credit position

Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying. Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Pros

Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying.

Cons

Marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Fine if you are already on Sage

Marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool, and the interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice. Case management means service and sales share one customer view, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Case management means service and sales share one customer view.

Cons

Marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Chosen for the Sage 200 link

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice, and adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes. Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Fine if you are already on Sage

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

Case management means service and sales share one customer view. Only real gripe is that marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.
