Reliable, if not exciting

Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably. That said, some of the AI features feel half finished and the interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost.

Pros

Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably.

Cons

Some of the AI features feel half finished.

Mixed. Bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers, but reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

Better than the last one we used

The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs. Only real gripe is that receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period.

Pros

Receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period.

Mixed. VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble, but reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

Works, with caveats on the entry tier

VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Only real gripe is that adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected.
