Good value once you are on Standard
Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably, and VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected, but we live with it.

Solid for VAT and CIS
Receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period, and the interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost. CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice, which is about the only positive.

Fine for our size
CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice. Bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers.

Reliable, if not exciting
The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs, and Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it. Receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period, but we live with it.

Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, and moving from spreadsheets took a weekend and the import worked. Reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel, but we live with it.
