Fine for our size

Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, and support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end. Some of the AI features feel half finished, but we live with it.

Mixed. The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs, but reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice, and support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end. No complaints so far.

Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it. Only real gripe is that reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

Bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers, and CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice. No complaints so far.

Better than the last one we used

VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. That said, some of the AI features feel half finished and adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected.

Reliable, if not exciting

Bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers, and VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period, but we live with it.
