Better than the last one we used

Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably, and moving from spreadsheets took a weekend and the import worked. No complaints so far.

Fine for our size

The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost, and the Start tier is too limited, you end up on Standard almost immediately. Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it, which is about the only positive.

Works, with caveats on the entry tier

Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, and CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice. No complaints so far.
