Does what a small business needs
VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end.

Payroll being included changed the maths
Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely. Only real gripe is that reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

Better than the last one we used
Support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end, and bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers. The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost, but we live with it.

Works, with caveats on the entry tier

Reliable, if not exciting
Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably, and CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice. Reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel, but we live with it.
