Solid for VAT and CIS

Support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end, and moving from spreadsheets took a weekend and the import worked. Some of the AI features feel half finished, but we live with it.

Payroll being included changed the maths

Bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers, and having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely. No complaints so far.

The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs. Invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably.

Works, with caveats on the entry tier

Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it. That said, receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period and the interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost.

Good value once you are on Standard

VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Only real gripe is that the Start tier is too limited, you end up on Standard almost immediately.
