Solid for VAT and CIS

CIS deductions calculate correctly, which the last package got wrong twice, and Copilot flagged a duplicate supplier invoice before we paid it. Some of the AI features feel half finished, but we live with it.

Payroll being included changed the maths

Support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end. Only real gripe is that reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel.

Does what a small business needs

Moving from spreadsheets took a weekend and the import worked. That said, reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel and the interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost.

Better than the last one we used

The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs, and VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. No complaints so far.
