Solid for VAT and CIS

The cash flow forecast is genuinely useful for planning payment runs, and invoice chasing runs itself and our debtor days dropped noticeably. No complaints so far.

Solid for VAT and CIS

Having payroll included saved us a second subscription entirely, and bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers. Adding employees to payroll pushes the monthly cost up faster than expected, but we live with it.

Fine for our size

VAT returns submit cleanly and the MTD side has never given us trouble. Only real gripe is that receipt capture is metered and 30 a month goes quickly in a busy period.

Support answered the phone in under five minutes at year end, and bank reconciliation is quick once the rules learn your suppliers. No complaints so far.

Payroll being included changed the maths

The interface changed twice in a year and retraining staff is a cost. Reporting is fine until you want something custom, then it is export to Excel. Looking at alternatives.
