Partner made the difference

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. No complaints so far.

Pros

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well.

Cons

Training took longer than we budgeted.

One system for stock and finance

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent, but we live with it.

Pros

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers.

Cons

Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent.

Good mid market fit

Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. Only real gripe is that customisation means upgrades need testing every time.

Capable, not beautiful

Training took longer than we budgeted, and customisation means upgrades need testing every time. It scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform, which is about the only positive.
