Capable, not beautiful

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. Customisation means upgrades need testing every time, but we live with it.

Pros

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well.

Cons

Customisation means upgrades need testing every time.

Partner made the difference

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. No complaints so far.

Pros

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers.

Cons

Outcomes vary hugely by implementer, pick carefully.

Capable, not beautiful
