Capable, not beautiful

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well. Only real gripe is that outcomes vary hugely by implementer, pick carefully.

Partner made the difference

It scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform, and our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well. Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent, but we live with it.

Pros

It scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform.

Cons

Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent.

Good mid market fit

Manufacturing and project accounting in one place suits how we work, and finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers. Training took longer than we budgeted, but we live with it.

Pros

Manufacturing and project accounting in one place suits how we work.

Cons

Training took longer than we budgeted.

Good mid market fit

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers. Only real gripe is that the interface is capable rather than pleasant.
