Capable, not beautiful

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well. That said, training took longer than we budgeted and cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent.

Pros

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well.

Cons

Training took longer than we budgeted.

Good mid market fit

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well, and it scaled with us from 30 staff to 140 without a replatform. No complaints so far.

Partner made the difference

Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. Only real gripe is that customisation means upgrades need testing every time.

Good mid market fit

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers, and multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP. Customisation means upgrades need testing every time, but we live with it.

Cons

Customisation means upgrades need testing every time.

Good mid market fit

Finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers. Only real gripe is that outcomes vary hugely by implementer, pick carefully.
