Affordable and easy

The pipeline view means reps always know what to do next. That said, it is sales only, marketing and service need other tools and the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones.

Pros

The pipeline view means reps always know what to do next.

Cons

It is sales only, marketing and service need other tools.

The pipeline view sells it

We were up and running properly within a day, no consultant, and the automation handles the routine follow ups for us. The add ons stack up in cost once you want more, but we live with it.

We were up and running properly within a day, no consultant.

Cons

High adoption from our reps

Per seat pricing is clear and affordable at our size. Only real gripe is that the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones.
