High adoption from our reps

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us. That said, the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones and reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms.

Pros

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us.

Cons

The cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones.

High adoption from our reps

Adoption is high because it does not treat salespeople as data clerks, and per seat pricing is clear and affordable at our size. The cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones, but we live with it.
