High adoption from our reps

Reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms, and the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones. The automation handles the routine follow ups for us, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us.

Cons

Reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms.

High adoption from our reps

Adoption is high because it does not treat salespeople as data clerks. We were up and running properly within a day, no consultant.

Pros

Cons

The cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones.
