Affordable and easy

The add ons stack up in cost once you want more, and the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones. The automation handles the routine follow ups for us, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us.

Cons

The add ons stack up in cost once you want more.

High adoption from our reps

Adoption is high because it does not treat salespeople as data clerks, and per seat pricing is clear and affordable at our size. It is sales only, marketing and service need other tools, but we live with it.

Pros

Adoption is high because it does not treat salespeople as data clerks.

Cons

It is sales only, marketing and service need other tools.
