Great for pure sales

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us. That said, reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms and the cheapest tier is basic, most of us are on the middle ones.

Pros

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us.

Cons

Reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms.

Pros
