Modern and automated

The automation reduced the monthly admin as we grew. That said, broad rather than the deepest at either payroll or HR and the minimum monthly spend suits a growing team more than a tiny one.

Pros

The automation reduced the monthly admin as we grew.

Cons

Broad rather than the deepest at either payroll or HR.

Posts to accounting for us

Broad rather than the deepest at either payroll or HR, and less proven than the established specialists. Having payroll and HR in one place ended our double keying, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Having payroll and HR in one place ended our double keying.

Cons

Broad rather than the deepest at either payroll or HR.

Clean combined platform

The interface is modern in a category that usually is not. Employee changes flow straight through to payroll.

Pros

The interface is modern in a category that usually is not.

Cons

It is newer, so we tested our awkward payroll cases first.

Payroll and HR together at last

Having payroll and HR in one place ended our double keying, and the automation reduced the monthly admin as we grew. It is newer, so we tested our awkward payroll cases first, but we live with it.

Having payroll and HR in one place ended our double keying.

Cons

It is newer, so we tested our awkward payroll cases first.
