Good if you would rather outsource

Decades of bureau experience shows in how little goes wrong. Only real gripe is that you give up some direct control by outsourcing.

Pros

Payroll off our desk for good

The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools, and a managed service costs more than running it yourself. Decades of bureau experience shows in how little goes wrong, which is about the only positive.

Worth it to not think about payroll

The pay run just happens and we approve it, and they deal with HMRC so we never have to. The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools, but we live with it.

Pros

The pay run just happens and we approve it.

Cons

The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools.
