Seamless with Microsoft 365

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate. Only real gripe is that the wrong partner is the main way it goes badly.

Power BI depth is a bonus

Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance, and Power BI on top gives our finance team real analytical depth. No complaints so far.

Pros

Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance.

Cons

It is a full ERP, so implementation was a proper project.

Power BI depth is a bonus

Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance, and working from Outlook and Excel with a live link to the data is seamless. The interface carries some of its NAV heritage, but we live with it.
