Finance and operations in one

Mixed. For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate, but heavier than a small business that just needs accounting.

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate.

Power BI depth is a bonus

Heavier than a small business that just needs accounting, and the interface carries some of its NAV heritage. Power BI on top gives our finance team real analytical depth, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Power BI on top gives our finance team real analytical depth.

Cons

Heavier than a small business that just needs accounting.

Finance and operations in one

Finance and operations finally sit in one system. Only real gripe is that the wrong partner is the main way it goes badly.

Seamless with Microsoft 365

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate, and native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance. No complaints so far.

Pros

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate.

Cons

The wrong partner is the main way it goes badly.
