Great for a Microsoft shop

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate, and Power BI on top gives our finance team real analytical depth. It is a full ERP, so implementation was a proper project, but we live with it.

Pros

For a Microsoft shop it feels like part of the estate.

Cons

It is a full ERP, so implementation was a proper project.

Native MTD was the decider

Finance and operations finally sit in one system. Only real gripe is that the interface carries some of its NAV heritage.

Power BI depth is a bonus

Heavier than a small business that just needs accounting, and the wrong partner is the main way it goes badly. Finance and operations finally sit in one system, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Finance and operations finally sit in one system.

Cons

Heavier than a small business that just needs accounting.

Mixed. Native UK VAT and MTD meant no partner development for compliance, but the wrong partner is the main way it goes badly.
