Clean and quick to use

Onboarding new hires feels polished rather than clunky, and the HR advice line saved us during a tricky disciplinary. You outgrow it as you get larger and more complex, but we live with it.

Pros

Onboarding new hires feels polished rather than clunky.

Cons

You outgrow it as you get larger and more complex.
