The flat per company price means hiring does not push the cost up, and leave and records cover exactly what a small business needs. No complaints so far.

You outgrow the simplicity once you pass fifty or so people, and no payroll, so we run that separately. Leave and records cover exactly what a small business needs, which is about the only positive.
