Performance and records in one
The reporting is a real step up from the simplest tools, and applicant tracking and reviews live in the same place as records. Setup took longer than a plug and play small business tool, but we live with it.

The tiers let us start small and add performance later, and being part of the Access Group, it connects to our payroll. Some tiers gate features you might expect lower down, but we live with it.
