Great if you are already on Zoho

Property tracking is built in, which matters with the MTD changes. The free plan files Self Assessment, which almost nothing else does for nothing.

Pros

Property tracking is built in, which matters with the MTD changes.

Cons

Fewer UK accountants know it than Xero or QuickBooks.

Corporation Tax filing sold it

Filing a CT600 from the accounting software saved us a separate tax package, and the feature depth for the money genuinely surprised us. No complaints so far.

Great if you are already on Zoho

If you already use Zoho the other apps share data natively. That said, fewer UK accountants know it than Xero or QuickBooks and our accountant had never used it and was reluctant at first.
