Free plan that actually files

Property tracking is built in, which matters with the MTD changes. That said, fewer UK accountants know it than Xero or QuickBooks and you have to be sure you need the breadth on offer.

If you already use Zoho the other apps share data natively, and receipt autoscans work well and the reports are comprehensive. Support on the free tier is email only, but we live with it.
