Payroll included tipped it for us

Mixed. Bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes, but the introductory discount ends and the standard price is a jump.

Pros

Bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes.

Cons

The introductory discount ends and the standard price is a jump.

Unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee, and the app marketplace connected our stock system in an afternoon. No complaints so far.

Pros

Unlimited users means the whole team can be in the books without a fee.

Cons

Inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control.

The nicest accounting software to use

Bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes. Only real gripe is that most businesses need to start on Grow, not the headline entry plan.

Pros

Cons

Most businesses need to start on Grow, not the headline entry plan.

Start on Grow, not Ignite

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem, and bank reconciliation is the fastest I have used, a month clears in minutes. Inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control, but we live with it.

Pros

Cons

Inventory is basic, we run a separate app for real stock control.

Great for connecting other systems

The fixed asset register is functional rather than good, and the Ignite tier is far too tight, twenty invoices a month is nothing. Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Our accountant knows it inside out so support is never a problem.

Cons

The fixed asset register is functional rather than good.
