Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

Running four countries in one system was the requirement and it delivers. Only real gripe is that more system than we needed at 300 people.

Workforce analytics gave our board data it had never seen. The reporting on attrition and diversity is genuinely strong.

Enterprise HR, enterprise effort

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping, and the administrative overhead is heavy for a mid sized HR team. Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Configurable workflows matched our process rather than the other way round.

Cons

No UK payroll, so the integration needs proper scoping.
