Chosen for the Sage 200 link

On premise deployment satisfied our data policy, and case management means service and sales share one customer view. The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice, but we live with it.

Pros

On premise deployment satisfied our data policy.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Fine if you are already on Sage

No published pricing and it comes through a partner, and adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes. Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record, which is about the only positive.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Only real gripe is that little reason to pick it if you are not already on Sage finance.
