Fine if you are already on Sage

Mixed. On premise deployment satisfied our data policy, but marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Chosen for the Sage 200 link

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Only real gripe is that no published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM, and quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying. Little reason to pick it if you are not already on Sage finance, but we live with it.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

Little reason to pick it if you are not already on Sage finance.

Chosen for the Sage 200 link

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. That said, adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes and the interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

Adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.
