Sales finally see credit position

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Only real gripe is that no published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Chosen for the Sage 200 link

Case management means service and sales share one customer view. Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Pros

Case management means service and sales share one customer view.

Cons

Adoption was a fight until we made it the only route to quotes.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying, and it was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice, but we live with it.
