Sales finally see credit position

Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record, and on premise deployment satisfied our data policy. The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice, but we live with it.

Pros

Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Integration is the reason, not the UI

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. Sales can see live credit position from Sage 200 without leaving the record.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

No published pricing and it comes through a partner.

Dated, but it connects

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM. That said, the interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice and marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool.

Pros

It was a far shorter project than integrating a third party CRM.

Cons

The interface is well behind HubSpot and the sales team notice.

Sales finally see credit position

No published pricing and it comes through a partner, and marketing automation is basic, we run a separate tool. Quotes flow into the finance system without rekeying, which is about the only positive.
