Partner made the difference

Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent, and training took longer than we budgeted. Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Multi company consolidation without the overhead of a tier one ERP.

Cons

Cost depends entirely on the partner and it is not transparent.

Scaled with us properly

The interface is capable rather than pleasant. Customisation means upgrades need testing every time. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

Manufacturing and project accounting in one place suits how we work.

Cons

The interface is capable rather than pleasant.

Scaled with us properly

Our partner understood distribution and the implementation went well, and finance, stock and the sales desk finally work from the same numbers. Outcomes vary hugely by implementer, pick carefully, but we live with it.
