Fine for a simple payroll

Running payroll inside the same product means no journal to key by hand, and one supplier for accounts and payroll keeps the audit trail simple. No complaints so far.

Add the cost before you compare

It is a paid add on, so compare the real total against Xero and Sage, and CIS sits in the accounting side, which confused us at first. The pay run is forgiving for someone who is not a payroll specialist, which is about the only positive.

No journal to key anymore

Mixed. Auto enrolment assessment happens each period without me chasing it, but it is a paid add on, so compare the real total against Xero and Sage.
