Better automation than the last one
The bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore, and moving from Sage took an afternoon and the import brought everything across. Receipt limits meant we upgraded a tier sooner than planned, but we live with it.

CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for, and the bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore. No complaints so far.
Pros
CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for.
Cons
Custom reporting only really opens up on Advanced, which is a big jump.

Good software, aggressive pricing
CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for. The app marketplace meant our booking system connected without a developer.
Pros
CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for.
Cons
The pricing tiers shift often and it is hard to budget a year ahead.

Does everything a small firm needs
VAT returns submit to HMRC without a single error in two years. Only real gripe is that payroll is a separate add on, so the real monthly cost is higher than it looks.

Bank feed is the reason we switched
Receipt limits meant we upgraded a tier sooner than planned, and custom reporting only really opens up on Advanced, which is a big jump. Project profitability on Plus tells us which jobs actually make money, which is about the only positive.

Mixed. CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for, but you notice the American roots in some of the wording.
