Good software, aggressive pricing

Project profitability on Plus tells us which jobs actually make money, and CIS is handled from the entry tier, which the last package charged extra for. No complaints so far.

Reliable, if you read the small print

VAT returns submit to HMRC without a single error in two years, and the app marketplace meant our booking system connected without a developer. No complaints so far.

The bank feed categorises so well that Monday mornings are no longer a chore, and VAT returns submit to HMRC without a single error in two years. You notice the American roots in some of the wording, but we live with it.

The 90 percent off deal hides a renewal that stung the following year, and receipt limits meant we upgraded a tier sooner than planned. Support was on the phone in minutes rather than a ticket queue, which is about the only positive.
