Affordable and easy

It is sales only, marketing and service need other tools, and reporting is lighter than the enterprise platforms. The automation handles the routine follow ups for us, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The automation handles the routine follow ups for us.

Cons

It is sales only, marketing and service need other tools.
