Nice interface, watch the cost

The interface is modern and quick to onboard people onto. Only real gripe is that over twenty five employees moves to a custom quote.

Pros

The interface is modern and quick to onboard people onto.

Cons

Over twenty five employees moves to a custom quote.

Good for a growing team

Employee self service cut our admin, and having light HR bundled saved us a separate system for now. No complaints so far.

Pros

Employee self service cut our admin.

Cons

A complex payroll would want a dedicated specialist.

Solid for scaling up

A complex payroll would want a dedicated specialist, and it is broad rather than the deepest at payroll or HR. Employee self service cut our admin, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Employee self service cut our admin.

Cons

A complex payroll would want a dedicated specialist.

Solid for scaling up

It is broad rather than the deepest at payroll or HR, and the base fee plus per employee charge adds up as we grow. RTI and auto enrolment run without manual work, which is about the only positive.

Pros

RTI and auto enrolment run without manual work.

Cons

It is broad rather than the deepest at payroll or HR.

Automated and modern

Having light HR bundled saved us a separate system for now, and the automation means we approve a pay run rather than build one. The base fee plus per employee charge adds up as we grow, but we live with it.
