Payroll and light HR in one

Having light HR bundled saved us a separate system for now. That said, it is broad rather than the deepest at payroll or HR and a complex payroll would want a dedicated specialist.

Pros

Having light HR bundled saved us a separate system for now.

Cons

It is broad rather than the deepest at payroll or HR.

Nice interface, watch the cost

RTI and auto enrolment run without manual work, and employee self service cut our admin. No complaints so far.

Pros

RTI and auto enrolment run without manual work.

Cons

The base fee plus per employee charge adds up as we grow.

Automated and modern

The automation means we approve a pay run rather than build one. Only real gripe is that over twenty five employees moves to a custom quote.
