Good if you would rather outsource

Handing payroll over entirely was the best decision we made, and they deal with HMRC so we never have to. No complaints so far.

Pros

Handing payroll over entirely was the best decision we made.

Cons

The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools.

Good if you would rather outsource

Handing payroll over entirely was the best decision we made. Only real gripe is that you give up some direct control by outsourcing.

Good if you would rather outsource

The pay run just happens and we approve it, and handing payroll over entirely was the best decision we made. Changes go through the bureau rather than being instant, but we live with it.
