Reliable managed service

Decades of bureau experience shows in how little goes wrong. Only real gripe is that you give up some direct control by outsourcing.

Takes the stress away

The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools, and a managed service costs more than running it yourself. The employment law advice has saved us more than the fee twice now, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The employment law advice has saved us more than the fee twice now.

Cons

The software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools.

Payroll off our desk for good

Handing payroll over entirely was the best decision we made. Only real gripe is that the software itself is less slick than the modern cloud tools.
