Perfect for a freelancer

It is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant. Only real gripe is that the lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling.

Ideal for billing by time

Automated payment reminders mean I stopped chasing clients myself, and seeing when a client has opened an invoice is quietly useful. No complaints so far.

Great for a service business

Tracking billable time against a project and invoicing it is seamless, and it is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant. It is lighter on proper bookkeeping than Xero or QuickBooks, but we live with it.
