Ideal for billing by time
The invoicing gets us paid noticeably faster than our old system, and it is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant. It is lighter on proper bookkeeping than Xero or QuickBooks, but we live with it.

Great for a service business
The American roots show in a few of the defaults, and the lower tiers cap billable clients and we hit that ceiling. It is genuinely easy for someone who is not an accountant, which is about the only positive.
