Free payroll got us started

The free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start. Only real gripe is that the Australian roots show in a few workflows.

Consolidation was the win

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip, and the benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed. All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, but we live with it.

Pros

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip.

Cons

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

One platform replaced three

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, and the employee app gets used, which is half the battle. All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, but we live with it.

One platform replaced three

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions. Only real gripe is that the per employee minimums add up faster than the headline suggests.
