Broad, if not the deepest

The employee app gets used, which is half the battle, and the free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start. No complaints so far.

Pros

The employee app gets used, which is half the battle.

Cons

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

Consolidation was the win

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, and the free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start. All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, but we live with it.

Good all rounder for a growing team

The employee app gets used, which is half the battle. Only real gripe is that all in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip, and having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions. No complaints so far.

Free payroll got us started

Mixed. The employee app gets used, which is half the battle, but the per employee minimums add up faster than the headline suggests.

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed. Only real gripe is that the Australian roots show in a few workflows.
