Good all rounder for a growing team

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, and the per employee minimums add up faster than the headline suggests. Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions, which is about the only positive.

Pros

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions.

Cons

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

Good all rounder for a growing team

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better, and all in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing. The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, which is about the only positive.

Consolidation was the win

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip, and the free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start. No complaints so far.

Pros

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip.

Cons

The Australian roots show in a few workflows.

Free payroll got us started

The employee app gets used, which is half the battle. Only real gripe is that a dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, and the free payroll tier genuinely cost us nothing to start. A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better, but we live with it.
