One platform replaced three

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing. A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better. Looking at alternatives.

Pros

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions.

Cons

All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing.

Good all rounder for a growing team

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, and the employee app gets used, which is half the battle. All in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing, but we live with it.

Good all rounder for a growing team

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed. That said, the per employee minimums add up faster than the headline suggests and a dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

The app gets used

Onboarding a new starter is smooth from offer to first payslip. Only real gripe is that a dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.
