Free payroll got us started

The benefits marketplace gave staff something they actually noticed, and the employee app gets used, which is half the battle. No complaints so far.

Pros

Cons

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

Broad, if not the deepest

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better, and all in one means good at lots rather than best at any one thing. The employee app gets used, which is half the battle, which is about the only positive.

Pros

The employee app gets used, which is half the battle.

Cons

A dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.

The app gets used

Having HR, payroll and benefits in one place ended three subscriptions. That said, the Australian roots show in a few workflows and a dedicated payroll tool handles our odd cases better.
